Well, it’ that time of year. The MacWorld Conference is approaching quickly, and it’s been announced that Steve Jobs will be giving this year’s keynote (no surprise there). If Steve’s there, he’s got to have something to announce. So, let’s go through what just might be there
What to expect (even though Apple always surprises us)
- Ultra-mobile laptops are selling quite fast, due to portability, convenience, and your information wherever you go. MacBook mini?
- Tablet MacBook; Well, Apple has invested so much into multi-touch technology. It’s been used in the iPod touch and the iPhone already. What about the Mac?
- A minor announcement concerning iPod, iPhone, or iTunes; there’s usually something new every year, no matter how small.
- Safari for Windows; Safari for Windows is STILL in beta, but we probably won’t here about it until WWDC.
- A new iPhone; Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. “It’s way to soon to update the iPhone!”. However, they may announce the iPhone, and then release it next June (like last year).
- Third Party apps for iPhone and iPod touch; The SDK is set to release February, so Apple is bound to give some little details.
